I have offered TWO delivery options as part of the Bandcamp checkout system. One is an economy ‘standard’ postage option whilst the more expensive option offers you a tracked or ‘signed for’ postage option for added security.

1. Economy Postage Option:
For ‘UK’ orders these will be dispatched as Royal Mail Standard 2nd class deliveries.

For ‘European’ and ‘Rest of the World’ orders, these will be dispatched as Royal Mail International Standard deliveries

Please note that the standard, non-tracked postage methods have no insurance, I cannot locate the item once it has left, nor can I be responsible for the item whilst in transit.

2. Tracked/Signed Postage Option:
For ‘UK’ orders these will be dispatched as Royal Mail 1st Class Signed deliveries.

For ‘European’ and “Rest of the World” orders these will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holiday periods. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of me receiving cleared payment for your order.

Payment:
Payment is accepted only via PayPal to my account.

Expected delivery timescales:
UK - 1st Class Signed Royal Mail delivery: aim is next working day
UK - 2nd Class Standard Royal Mail delivery: aim is 2-3 working days

Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked delivery: aim is 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Tracked delivery: aim is 5-7 working days.

Europe: Royal Mail International Standard delivery: aim is 4-6 working days.
Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Standard delivery: aim is 6-8 working days.

For deliveries outside of the UK, Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 28 days after the expected delivery date. Due to customs and postal delays beyond my control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting me for lost packages.

I cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue.

If you experience any issues relating to lost or delayed mail items, please get in touch with me so that I can investigate further.

If as a result of customer error (for example not inputting a valid delivery address) which later causes the item to not be delivered and subsequently returned to me, I can:
1) Offer to re-ship the item again following payment of the appropriate shipping charge.
2) Offer to refund the cost of the items orders less the cost of the shipping charge and less applicable merchant processor fees.
Please note that the following options do not apply if the item/s experience damage whilst in transit.

For this reason, I strongly advise checking your delivery address after placing your order. If you suspect that the address has not been supplied to me correctly you must contact me immediately.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery methods outlined above, please contact me to arrange an alternative delivery plan.
Return Policy
Whilst I do not accept returns of download products, I offer a returns policy on all physical items (e.g. vinyl, CD, merchandise).

I hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to me, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. I will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items. I reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods. All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to me.

Please contact me to receive the correct address details for a return.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase, within 14 days of me receiving your return.
